The questions we get before the contract.
Asked enough times that we figured we'd write the answers down. If yours isn't here, email us.
Do I have to commit to all six modules?
No. Most clients land on two or three. The audit's whole job is to tell you which ones move the business and which would be a waste - and we'd genuinely rather scope smaller and prove it than upsell you.
What does the audit cost?
The first thirty-minute call is free. If we both want to keep going, the written audit is included in any engagement we scope together. We don't sell audits as a standalone product because they're not useful without someone to act on them.
What if I already have an agency?
That's most of who hires us. We can either complement them (we coordinate, they execute their lane) or replace them, depending on what the audit finds. We'll tell you straight - sometimes your current partner is doing fine and the problem is somewhere else entirely.
Are you a retainer or a project?
Usually a month-to-month engagement with a clear scope, not a twelve-month retainer with vague deliverables. You should be able to leave with thirty days' notice without it being a fight. We've found that's the only way to keep ourselves honest.
How small is too small?
If you're spending under about $5K a month on marketing total, we're probably the wrong fit - the overhead of working with us won't pay back. If you're between $5–25K and feeling fragmented, that's the sweet spot.
Do you do creative production?
Ad creative, landing pages, basic brand systems - yes. Full video shoots, packaging, photography - no, but we have people we trust and we'll bring them in if the project needs it.
Why the waitlist?
We cap how many clients we have at any one time. Quality of the work falls off a cliff past that number, and we'd rather you wait two months and get our attention than start tomorrow and get our intern's.
What industries do you work in?
We're category-agnostic - we've run programs for pest control, dental, fashion, fintech, wellness, and B2B SaaS in the same year. What matters more is whether you have a defined customer and a real product. The discipline travels.
